SRP Online is a ten-module, self-paced clinical program designed to support spouses of Trauma Exposed Professionals living with an operational stress injury (OSI). Adapted from our in-person Spousal Resiliency Program, SRP Online brings trauma-informed education and guided reflection into an accessible online format helping spouses explore the roots of their personal reactions when the focus is so often on their partners.

Over the course of these modules, participants learn about trauma’s impact on the brain, body, and relationships. Each section integrates evidence-based clinical facilitation with lived experience storytelling and guided practices that promote emotional regulation, understanding, and healing.
